The publication Digital Citizen has released the first images of the Motorola Edge 2026. The device features a gold champagne colour with a greenish tint, and the back has a fine, textured surface made to look like fabric. It is claimed that this texture hides fingerprints.
On the back, positioned centrally, is the distinctive ‘M’ logo that Motorola is known for.
Moving onto the front, the most noticeable change is the switch from a curved display, as seen on the Edge 2025, to a flat screen. This display spans nearly the entire front of the phone, with symmetrical bezels on all sides. A circular cutout for the front-facing camera is placed centrally at the top.
On the back panel, in the top left corner, sits a familiar square camera module housing three lenses. These lenses are arranged in a ‘G’ shape, with the flash situated nearby. The primary sensor is rumoured to be the Sony Lytia, and among the camera options is a telephoto lens with Super Zoom capabilities. The AI Key button remains in its usual spot.
