The Legion Y70 New Generation features a 6.82-inch display with a resolution of 3168 x 1440 pixels (Quad HD+). The screen uses DC Dimming for brightness control and supports 10-bit colour depth. Thanks to LTPO technology, the BOE Q10 panel can adjust its refresh rate from 1 to 144Hz. Lenovo has also equipped the device with fast LPDDR5X Ultra RAM (9.6 GB/s) and UFS 4.1 storage. The battery has a capacity of 8000 mAh and supports 90W fast charging. An e-SIM module is also included.

The smartphone’s camera setup is typical for a gaming device: a 50MP main sensor with OIS, based on a 1/1.56-inch Sony Lytia 710 sensor, an 8MP ultrawide with autofocus, and a 32MP front-facing camera. The device is built to withstand drops from up to 1.8 meters, temperature extremes from -20 to +60°C, and is rated IP66/68/69 for water and dust resistance.

Lenovo’s Legion Y70 New Generation software is packed with AI features. For example, when sharing files, the software analyses them to provide the most accurate recommendations on who to share with and which app to use. The device will go on sale in white and black on 9 June, with prices and specifications detailed in the table below.
