HMD Global (HMD) is reportedly developing a new smartphone known as the Thunder Pro, according to leaked documentation shared by HMD_MEME’S. It is important to note that HMD_MEME’S often shares very early information, so the device may not even reach the release stage. The smartphone is said to feature a 6.67-inch OLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It will also include a Unisoc T7280 chipset (12 nm, 2 x 2.2 GHz Cortex-A75, 6 x 1.8 GHz ARM Cortex-A55, and GPU Mali G57 MP1) which is slightly more powerful than the MediaTek Helio G85 along with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of UFS 2.2 storage.
The rear camera setup is expected to include two modules: a 50 MP main sensor with optical image stabilisation and an 8 MP ultra-wide lens. The front camera will have a 50 MP sensor. The device is equipped with a 6,000 mAh battery supporting 20W fast charging.
Other features include NFC, IP65 rating, stereo speakers, two microphones, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. The source acknowledges that the information is incomplete and high-quality renders of the device are not yet available.
