The current outbreak of COVID 19, these platforms have highly been recommended by educational bodies around the world as a measure to control the spread. Students can post questions and get answers from lecturers or tutors. It has left only online learning, which uses the Internet of Things as the only learning method.

Also, you can use IoT and social media as a personalized learning tool. Lack of flexibility is one of the most challenging features of education systems. It therefore becomes easy for students who may not be able to meet particular group work to commute and be part of the discussions. However, it is approximated that more than 60% of teachers don’t believe in convenience when it comes to online learning. Online learning is prone to disruptions from social media platforms such as Facebook and Whatapp. It normally occurs when a student is undertaking his or her homework or studying. However, it is convenient and efficient for mature people who undertake online studies. Social media sites also help students to connect with teachers and also for those undertaking online education.

Social media also builds some form of social credibility on students. IoT helps to prepare and nature one’s career. It is a source of learning materials which have proven to be helpful and informing other than written materials. As the Internet of Things and social media continue to promote interactions in education, they will become the best strategy to solve problems related to education. The two aspects will make learning more pleasant than ever. Qualifications in digital marketing will inspire students to learn about the importance of IoT and social media on education. It will create various job paths in both internets of Things as well as social media. Learning is shifting to online especially now when the whole world is experiencing the COVID 19 pandemic. More courses will be offered online with Internet of things acting as a bridging gap.
