The Realme 16T is set to arrive in India on 22 May, and the manufacturer has already confirmed that the device will house an 8,000 mAh battery. In addition, Realme has disclosed that the phone will feature a 50 MP f/1.8 primary camera built around Sony’s IMX852 sensor. A small mirror positioned on the rear panel allows users to employ this camera for self-portraits if they wish.

Realme is also promising six years of lag-free scrolling and has confirmed support for 45 W wired charging, bypass charging and reverse wired charging. The brand adds a seven-year battery-health guarantee, and the Realme 16T 5G will measure just 8.88 mm in thickness.

The device sports a 6.8-inch display with a 144 Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1,200 nits. It carries an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance and will be available in Starlight Red, Starlight Black and Aurora Green finishes. Benchmark data from Geekbench shows the phone is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 6300 chipset paired with 8 GB of RAM.
