A reliable source on X, which has previously leaked information about HMD, has revealed that a new HMD smartphone is in the works. The device is set to be called the HMD Thunder Pro.
The specifications for the HMD Thunder Pro include a 6.67-inch OLED screen with FHD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone’s camera setup is impressive, featuring a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS), an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 50MP front camera. Additionally, the device is equipped with a 6,000 mAh battery that supports 20W wired charging.

The HMD Thunder Pro is powered by the Unisoc T620 SoC, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The phone supports NFC and includes a 3.5mm headphone jack, two microphones, two speakers, and an IP65 rating for dust and splash resistance.
