A new budget 4G smartphone from Honor has quietly surfaced in select global markets. The Honor X7e centers its appeal on an unusually large 7,500mAh battery, a capacity that rivals some of the best smartphones of 2026 in terms of raw endurance.

The phone draws power from MediaTek’s Helio G81 Ultra chipset and ships with MagicOS 10.0, which is built on top of Android 16.

That 7,500mAh cell stands out as the device’s headline feature, and it supports 45W wired charging for relatively quick top-ups. Honor will equip the X7e with a slightly smaller 7,000mAh battery in certain regions instead, a variation that reflects the brand’s strategy to balance capacity with regional power standards.

On the front, a 6.6-inch LCD panel delivers HD+ resolution with a refresh rate that peaks at 120Hz. This display setup is comparable to other high-capacity devices like the recently unveiled RedMagic 11S Pro, which also features a massive battery and high refresh rate screen.

The rear camera setup centers on a 50MP main sensor accompanied by a secondary auxiliary lens. For front-facing shots and video calls, Honor has included a 5MP camera.

Additional hardware features include a side-mounted fingerprint reader, an IP64 dust and water resistance rating, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a dedicated one-tap AI button. These specs position the X7e as a practical option for users in markets like Saudi Arabia, where similar models such as the Honor X7e spotted in Saudi Arabia with large battery and NFC support highlight the growing demand for long-lasting devices.

Connectivity options cover Bluetooth 5.1, dual-band Wi-Fi, dual-SIM 4G, GPS positioning, and a USB 2.0 Type-C port.

Honor is already selling the X7e in Malaysia, where it comes in a lone 6GB RAM and 256GB storage configuration. The phone carries a price tag of MYR 899, roughly EUR 190 at current exchange rates, and buyers can choose between Midnight Black and Sunset Orange finishes. The device joins a growing lineup of Honor handsets that prioritize battery capacity, including the Honor 600e launched with Dimensity 7100 and 6,520 mAh battery and the ambitious Honor Power3.
