IGN has exclusively revealed the Monopoly F1 Edition Board Game. In this thrilling adventure, players select their favourite Formula 1 team and compete in the Monopoly Grand Prix. They will vie for the Drivers' and Constructors' Championships, and more. The Monopoly F1 Edition Board Game is now available for pre-order on Walmart.com, and it will be released on July 15, 2026, for £39.99. This edition of Monopoly caters to players aged 8 and above and supports 2 to 6 players. At the start, players pick their favourite Formula 1 team and aim to win as many races as possible throughout the game. The team choice is crucial, as each team has a unique ability that activates when a player rolls an F1 symbol on a die. For example, players who select McLaren can either move immediately to the next race or advance the number of spaces shown on the red die when an F1 symbol is rolled. The game features a white and a red die. These come into play when players race an opponent for a property or race. The player with the higher roll wins and adds the race to their collection. The game features various Formula 1 teams, including Mercedes-AMG Petronas, Oracle Red Bull Racing, Scuderia Ferrari HP, Atlassian Williams Racing, Visa Cash App Racing Bulls, Aston Martin Aramco, Haas, Audi Revolut, BWT Alpine, and Cadillac. Players can also upgrade their car, adding a new Front Wing that boosts rolls in race challenges by two points and Soft Tires that add four points to rolls when starting or finishing in the red zone of the Monopoly Grand Prix. When players pass GO, they compete in the Monopoly Grand Prix, represented by an M-shaped course in the middle of the board. While players move their cars on the main game spaces, the Grand Prix involves moving helmets. The first player to finish wins the Driver's Championship, offering one way to win the game. The other way, the Constructors Championship, is awarded to the player with the most points.
